Return Window

Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Swimwear, lingerie, and final-sale items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

How to Return

  1. Contact us via our Contact page within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  5. Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5-7 business days

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
